There are a lot of different ways to build customers, however, I would like to share three main methods to build your customers. These methods apply to the online business as well as offline business
Organic Method
Organic method means people find your business/product somewhere, they check your basic information and end up buying the product. For example, people see your product while searching online, and they buy the product.
Referral customers
Referral customers are the people who buy the product just because they have been referred. For example, you see a lot of people talking positively about a certain product on social media or a friendly gathering, and out of curiosity you buy the product.
Advertising
You run ads on traditional platform as well as digital platform based on where your potential customers are centered. If your ad appeals to your target customers, they will buy your products. A lot of businesses generate sales through this method.
