Forex trading is open 24 hours a day and 5 days a week, but that doesn't mean it is always active all the time. In forex reading profits are been made when the market is active and traders are bidding on the price. Therefore it is crucial to know the most productive hours of the day and of the week for forex trading.
There are three major sessions of the forex market ; london , US and Tokyo sessions, the busiest times are when the sessions overlap as traders can purchase currencies from different continents
The forex market of London is usually the most active as it involves many countries of the European union. US market comes next so the time when London sessions intersects with US sessions usually provides the biggest returns.

Yes I believe all good forex traders and cryptocurrency traders have been taking note of all these things that is why it is always advisable to learn it first because it is only people with experience that will teach you how you can use this time differences of each countries to your own advantage. It is really important in trading.

There are so many things that you can be able to learn from these various time zones. The London market is the most busiest among all of them and that is why cryptocurrency thing that is usually keep a very keen eye on them. Any slides news from them can change the markets.
