These are some of the best ways to curb depression, as these methods are really effective to get you out of depression, in no time. What caught my eyes most was the meditation, which I do practice myself often. I don't think meditation is only cure depression, it has so many overall value.

In a situation that maybe I am depressed or someone around me is depressed there are certain things I will always advise the person to do but the most important thing is that I will always try as much as possible to make the person happy because this is one of the way you can help improve a person's mood.

If the person also has a minor problem that I can help I may also offer to help if it is possible and all these things can really go a long way in helping depressed people to recover from depression

Apart from this there are also other things that might help such as spending time with friends or spending time checking out the type of sport you are interested, all these things are always for the main purpose of helping boost your body and improving happiness which can inturns leads to a slow decline of depression.

Spending time with family members can also help. And all these things will also depend on the reason why a person is depressed because there are so many things that could lead to depression.

Problems are not coming to kill us but it's just something that can really help us to be more stronger.
