What you've emphasized around virtual assistant is the ideal thing, their is no doubt. It saves money which an employer could've used to purchase office equipments in order to act as an alternative to virtual assistant. But such alternative isn't the best option, it wouldn't deliver swift response when it comes to answering the queries of customers. So, using part of the funds to purchase the equipments or office facilities, it is cool to use it and employ a virtual assistant personnel to help you communicate effectively with customers.

At this point in time, I don't have a business that needs a virtual assistant personnel, but in the future the need might arise and I'll simply need one to help manage the customers, it might not just be one, it can simply be 2-3 virtual assistant workers, put them on shifting to make sure my virtual assistant position is functional 24/7. Any company or business enterprise that needs work efficiency when it comes to meeting customers needs, should have a constant virtual assistant personnels not just one but 2 or more in order to keep the customers happy by providing help when they need it the most.
