Print-On-Demand business involves two things, one, the print provider or the company that fulfills the order, and two the marketplaces where the Print-On-Demand products are showcased for sale.
You can sell Print-On-Demand products on Etsy or eBay, but these are just the marketplaces where you can list your products for sale, these platforms do not fulfill your Print-On-Demand products. Printful and Printify on the other hand are print providers that fulfill the order, however, these companies do not have a marketplace to sell products.
