However some of these obstacles include:

LACK OF EDUCATION OR SKILLS: A lack of education or skills can be a major obstacle when it comes to finding a job or advancing in your career. To avoid this obstacle, consider enrolling in relevant courses or programs to gain the skills and knowledge needed for the job or career you're interested in.

Finding the right employee or right worker to fill up a particular job space in a particular business organisation is absolutely not an easy activity and the majority of business employers and business managers have definitely found it very hard to recruit or employ various employees and workers with good experience and qualifications. Basically one of the biggest obstacle to jobs and careers is experience and qualification. Not a room full of individuals nowadays have good experience and qualification when it comes to their jobs and career and as a result of these then limit their chances of actually going above the edge I've been employed into a particular business organisation where their dream job and career may be vested.

Another obstacle to jobs and career is the fact that majority of job applicants and job seekers lack confidence to actually go out to look for a job. To some extent it is basically not your fault why did I say confidence to look for jobs and career.

Indeed there are so many obstacles and individual may encounter in his or her job and career which can totally affect his or her chances to get a higher-paying and prestigious job or career. The obstacle of being educated and qualified is basically one of the major obstacle majority of people are facing in their job and career. I need the video I may have spent 4 to 6 years in a particular tertiary institution in order to gain experience about a particular job or career venture but as time goes on when it reaches the term for him or her to be unemployed individuals under a company of business organisation he or she turns out to be less qualified and less experience. Another form individual to build his or her qualifications and experience in his or her job or career venture it is best to learn the real thing practically.

It is not all about going to school and getting a degree or a certificate that shows that you are indeed a graduate but it's all about learning the real thing and now how to apply what you have learnt in the outside world.
