You have forgotten that they have to take care of having good neighbors because some of them are making a lot of noises or even are some person that you couldn't be so friendly because they make problems from nothing. Well.. I don't take into consideration noisy neighbours reason is because I don't talk to people basically I don't talk to my neighbours... its an introvert thing I don't do it because I have to.. but cause its natural so I don't care if they're noise is too much il just stay on my own.
