Maybe you are talking about is offline affiliate marketing. It is quite very much possible for you to do this kind of marketing and make a whole lot of money from it even without the use of social media or blogs to promote your products. Like someone have stated, when you are a real estate agent what you are doing is definitely affiliate marketing which is offline. You can make posters on streets telling people about available houses and when they come through you to rent the house then you will get a certain commission from the rent price of that house. this is a very good form of affiliate marketing that a lot of people have been doing for a very long time and it is very popular in my place of residence. Many people are into the business because the place I live is like a housing estate but not yet fully developed. You can also be a land agent and they refer people to buy various lands and you get your own commission. This can also be done in various offline businesses but you need to make a very proper agreement with the people because it might not be concise as online affiliate marketing.

Hahah what other way do you want to promote an affiliate product except with blogging and social media marketing. Though there is but there isn't a better Way that can get you alot of sales like blogging most especially.
You can look into email marketing, and see what you can do with that, but get this, in other to get email subs you also have to write a blog post or have a huge social media following so this two things are really important in any aspect of digital marketing

There is a method apart blogging and social media marketing is to advertise on TV and radio stations and newspapers and in this case you may get sales faster than other methods but it costs a lot of money and resources to have sales because such advertisement is expensive, but you can do it if you have capabilities and also sure for the result that it is expected from such investment.

You can do it by building your own website and ranking it on the search engine by doing SEO. You can also create Youtube Channels. If your channel is new it will take you minimum a year to start ranking your videos and get significant amount of traffic to your affiliate offer. Social media marketing like Instagram is good if you have enough large following but will take you a while if you are starting from scratch.
Pinterest is good too but you got to build your following first. Do not post your affiliate offer in every post, otherwise, you will get banned quickly.
