I believe social media is a place where you can do a lot of things like advertising, reading of latest News and knowing more about the existence of some earning forum.

For example some country had been ban from social media may be due to there bad habit or unfaithfulness towards their country.

Some country do not even have good rapport with their citizens and this may lead to banning of the a country from social media.

Some country do not allowed their citizen to speak the truth while some will hear and yet they will be threatened the people.
Therefore facebook is the social media where they allow people to speak out their mind and be current with what is going in the global world.
Please your idea is needed .

What cause banning of country from participating on social media.?

Recently the Nigerian government have banned Twitter from operating in Nigeria and this has made so many Nigerians angry and of course feel that it has breached their fundamental human right. There are several things that can cause the government of a country to ban social media platforms in their country. Some of the things that can cause it include inciting violence against the government and it can also the caused when the government is tyrannical.

Countries have different political issues and law of the land. China is not open for many popular social media platforms like Facebook and the communist government can impose that on citizens there. They give their reasons for security threat. Lately Twitter has got into trouble with few governments across the globe on certain issues. Nigeria banned them and India is having a legal russel with them as they failed to operate in accordance with the law of the land and have repeatedly flaunted the law despite of strict warning from the government.

Most countries don't love opposition views. They always run away from criticism especially negative ones. Most leaders thay do engage in this are called narcissists. In North Korea, you can't even watch the other countries films let alone using social media. Even in China, there is ban on most of these social media. While I will never support banning social media, I will always call for regulations on it.

That's very unfortunate if a country bans a social media platform or it's other way round, social media platforms banning some countries. Social media platforms are powerful tools for so many things in today's world where world is actually reduced to a global village. We can't ban a social media platform and cut off people from rest of the world. But then the power of social media platforms can be misused from either side. Every government should have a strict legal regulations to control these platforms and both parties have to abide by it.

Throwing abusive speeches, or attacking country's government all the time without genuine reasons for that. Impersonation, hacking attempt etc. This factor can lead to one forfeiting his or her account on Facebook, or risk losing it to ban. That's why we just have to be careful when it concerns social. Life, not everything that enters in our mouth we say. We need to be cautioned use our time well.

I would agree there. Social media platforms are good and powerful tools to spread so many good things and can be used well to bring in so many good things. But we have many who would just abuse it for their own political and personal milestones. Anything on social media can go viral in no time and bring about good effects or adverse effects. So one has to be careful and responsible about posting anything on social media platforms.

Social media sites often get banned in countries when a country's government believes that social media might threaten the government. This happens a lot. Moreover, countries might also ban a specific social media app created by another country if both countries relationships are tensed. Politics play a major role many times.

Yes dear, we ought to be very careful, watchful when it comes to social media posting. And not posting all that we carried in our mind. Let's not forget that their are lots of whistleblowers on social media that doesn't even allow news to divest they carried immediately. That's why we always think before we post in order not to cause uproar.

That is true! Politics plays an important role. And some government like the communist government of China wants to have full control over their citizens and so they ban any international platforms that give a platform to users to raise their voice or concern. One indirect criticism of the government by Jack Ma of Ali Baba made him go missing from public space for so long. If that can happen to a well-known personality, we can well imagine the plight of regular ordinary people there. Also, they encourage their locally developed platforms as it is easier to control and track them.

I really have not seen a situation whereby a social media network or restrict their services from a particular country instead it is the other way around where the countries governments are the ones that banned the services of that particular social media network based on their own country's policies.
