diabetes is caused due to the intake of too much of sugar.when you eat sugary things you tend to have stomach pain which result in Diabetes.so avoid too much sugar because it is one of the main cause of diabetes.am not saying you should not consume sugar because its not good for the body sugar to be less or high,it has to be medium so take it in a limited way.you can also take natural herbs they help to reduce stomach pain.and also instead of eating sugar you can always eat fruits because fruits is natural and they help the body to be healthy.you can also blend you fruits and drink it like juice l.qjem you do all this your sickness will stop.
