What causes problem in partnership business ?

Partnership business is the type of business that involve the partnering of two or more people coming together to establish a business with the main purpose of generating profit..

A lot of people are engaging in partnership business every day but sometimes these business may not be successful because of certain reasons or problem that arises during the management of these business.

However anyone who is interested to start up a partnership business now must understand how this business should be done perfectly that there is no problem because when problem arises there is always a lot of disadvantages as the business is likely to collapse in most cases .

It could lead to loss of employment and possibly lost of business capital. And from all indication that there is no single advantage when there is problem in a partnership business because every partners in the business will always suffers the consequences.

As a result of this I was just considering if there are some things we have to do that could prevent problems from arising in a partnership business especially when two or more people are involved.

There are so many reason why these problems may arise.

There are actually various reasons why people have issues or problems in partnership. Most times, it could be as a result of difference in ideas. Both partners are different persons from different backgrounds and upbringing, definitely they would have different understanding of things and of cause different ideas on how to tackle each situation. Clash in ideas and the inability to merge them to become one often times could lead to issues in partnership form if business.

Sometimes it is advisable for a sole proprietorship business owner to advance his business into a partnership system in order to be able to share duties and activities within other partners , so as to save time to attend to a particular customer , clients or consumers , and so as to be able to fuse in business ideas and choice to move the business to reach greater heights thereby flourishing . The practice of partnership business is not always interesting and easy sometimes there are some factors or negative attitude that makes a partnership business to be seen as a problem .

The problem of disagreement among partners is one of the major negative disadvantage of a partnership business . Bureaucracy , disagreement , and bottleneck I have one of the most occurring negative disadvantage of a partnership business . Many partnership businesses have dissolved and shut down as a result of disagreement among its partners . Because when a particular partner views himself as superior to the others he begin to make rules and regulation which sometimes could be unbearable by the other partners . This no doubt brings disagreement in areas of decision-making and idea making . To resolve the issue of disagreement all the partners must see themselves as brothers and sisters or siblings and in the case of decision-making or idea making their decisions or ideas must be done in unimorsity , back up with positve reasons and facts why it must be so .

Partnering in a business can have its rewards, but it also exposes partners to extra risks. There is always a chance of losing money as a result of illiquidity and monitoring problems.

There are a number of risks involved in entering into a business partnership. These include the risk of partnership disputes over ownership, management and control of the business, disagreements or disputes between partners or their families and so on.

Partnership business differs for many individuals. Their are some partners who doesn't encounter issues along the way if their business. Even if their is an issue, it's just a minor issue that doesn't affect the business progress. Whereas some aren't same, business suffers major blow due to misconception of understanding and lack of trust at some certain levels in the business. That's why as a business owner, we shouldn't just rush into getting partners with out having full understanding of our partner's business history, and also his or her qualities, if it more of soured lifestyle or trustworthy and honest. If your partner is that cheating type, you'll find it hard to progress with such kind of partner long time.

The reason why I am not considering partnership type of business is the issue surrounding it, I believe that sole proprietorship have the edge, due to the sole decision making in your business. You don't need additional contributions how to run a business and disagreements at some point due to some decision making mid way through in the business. Such just made me to think only about sole proprietorship business than thinking about the partnership business, when I know that the chances of major progress is slim for me.
