A project manager is the one that designs the budgets of projects and sets out plans for it's execution. He takes time to study the bottlenecks and risks that every project carries and sets out modalities to manage them along the project timeline. A typical project manager supervises the execution of a project and makes recommendations on adjustments to be made for the project to meet up with expected goals

Organizations need project managers who plan, execute and finish projects . These project leaders create full project plans; control the scope of a project; build teams; handle stakeholders; find risks and neutralize them; assign resources; supervise progress, as well as communicate openly . Project managers should work together with stakeholders in order to define goals for projects, set achievable objectives, and maintain unity throughout the life span of the undertaking .
