You've been failing interviews. You're not alone, a lot of people feel interviews. But you have to keep trying until you succeed, because this is the only way for you to get the job you want. Here are some tips for how to stop failing interviews:

1. Stop being nervous during the interview process! This is one of the most common reasons why people fail interviews, because when people are nervous they often can't think straight and make simple mistakes like forgetting their name or accidentally insulting their interviewer's mother (true story).

2. Dress appropriately for your interview! If you show up in pajamas, flip-flops, and no makeup, not only will you look like a slob but also your interviewer may think that means that you don't take your job seriously enough. Make sure both yourself and your surroundings are clean, neat, and professional-looking before going into an interview.

3. Read up on the company before coming in for an interview; this shows initiative and interest in working there

4. If possible, try to interview with someone who isn't an employee at the company where you want to work—this will help prevent them from making any assumptions about how good of a fit they think you are based on information they already know about employees there.
