The difference is that acquiring a skill comes with a duration. Like in my country if you want to become a seamstress, a Mechanic, a driver or just acquired skills that will help you set up yourself then you have to undergo at least 24 months training which takes a longer time than for just starting a business which I know anyone can start even in 2 days. So for me I will like to acquire the skills first before starting a business. A lot of time it is never always about how fast you start a thing but how successful are you being at it.
