If you search online for “best online courses” you will probably find Udemy ranked top on the search results. Is Udemy actually the best learning platform?

Recently, Stack Overflow, a question and answer website for programmers, conducted a research where users voted Udemy as the number one website for learning coding.

Udemy received 66.49 percent votes. With 34.91 percent votes, Coursera was second most favorite platform to learn to code, and codeacademy was voted third with 26.24 percent. While Udemy and Coursera offers a variety of courses and certifications, Codeacademy is specifically built for people what want to learn programming.

Pluralsight stood fourth with 22.44 percent votes, edX received 15.62 percent votes and stood fifth, Udacity was sixth with 13.59 percent votes and skillsoft was seventh with 1.88 percent votes.

Since Udemy came as a people’s favourite, it is highly recommended that you join Udemy courses if you want to learn programming. Udemy also offers courses on other areas as well.
