One of the most prominent and recognisable logos worldwide now is that of Bitcoin. It's hard to ignore or forget, with all the hype surrounding the cryptocurrency niche and it's brilliant yellow and white logo, it stands for people's desire to be free from restrictive financial government policies, to fight recession and have their privacy intact.

The first logo and second logos were designed by Satoshi Nakamoto himself, with the version released on Feb 24, 2010 looking more like what we have today, a letter B on a golden coin.

The Bitcoin Logo we used today was designed by the original Bitboy of the Bitcoin community, not the YouTuber.. On the 1st of November 2010, he released this free for all logo: a white letter B on an orange circular background, tilted at a 14° angle clockwise with two horizontal slashes across it.

Simple, eye catching and easy to remember but powerful all the same. Till now, many others have come up with different variations of the Bitcoin Logo, but this one still remains the standard for all cryptocurrency lovers and critics alike.

The first logo was created in 2008 by Satoshi Nakamoto, the person who created Bitcoin. Bitboy provided his version to the network since prior designs had some minor graphic flaws. He improved Satoshi's concept using the MasterCard logo as an example. Therefore, Bitboy produced the white B with a tilt on the orange frame.
