Rebranding a business is a very sensitive point in the life of a business. It is that point where a business decides to change its look and feel. It could possibly include the name of company being changed, the logo of the business changed and the colours of the business being changed.

A business could decide to rebrand because the vision of the business has changed. Life is dynamic and our goals and aspirations change overtime. When a business changes it's goals, it needs to rebrand itself to reflect the new goals.

A business could rebrand itself because the target market has changed. If it started with a particular target market, and it has changes over time, it has to rebrand to be able to connect with the new market.

If the name of a business changes, it needs to change its brand to identify its name. Possibly change its cliche.

Not all businesses need to rebrand, especially if the brand they have is already well-known in the community, such as the brand name Coca Cola, Samsung, etc. Businesses need rebranding if the company changes to a new CEO, the brand is outdated or the brand is no longer relevant to the product, uses the wrong brand image, the brand is similar to other businesses, etc. So rebranding can only be done carefully and based on in-depth research.
Rebranding is a strategy implemented by companies to face competition, make the brand look more attractive, easy to remember, so that it will be more attractive to consumers. Of course rebranding must be done by not changing the company's original goals or original plans.

One of the advantages of rebranding is that the brand will be easily recognized and remembered by consumers, but behind that rebranding can also pose risks such as customers not liking the new brand so they will leave the product/brand.

I agree, any business needs some "refreshment" in any situation, even if the course of the company has not changed globally. At least simply because even a slight rebranding again will remind customers that this service is still on the market, because people tend to pay attention to a lot of new things that they see, and even a big giant somewhere in the head can be completely forgotten.
