Citrus fruit and berries like lemon, strawberries, oranges, lime , grape fruit, blackberries, apples, pineapple, bananas and other types of fruit helps to prevent disease as well so we should always try to eat fruit regyat least like three times in a week because of the nutritious benefits we obtain from it
