Eating Fruit helps our overall health and also helps to reduce the risk of having disease because it is an essential source of minerals and vitamin and they are also high in fiber as well. It also provides a wide range of health boosting, antioxidants including flavonoids.
So eating a diet high in fruits can help to reduce the risk of developing cancer, heart disease, like diabetes and inflammation. Citrus fruit and berries like lemon, strawberries, oranges, lime , grape fruit, blackberries, apples, pineapple, bananas and other types of fruit helps to prevent disease as well so we should always try to eat fruit regyat least like three times in a week because of the nutritious benefits we obtain from it

Fruit is good for our body because they contain majority of the essential vitamins and minerals needed by the special organs in our bodies. Take for instance, carrot has a good amount of vitamin A which helps to improve the vision. it also comes with fibre that improve the rate of digestion. Watermelon also contained minerals like iron and potassium, both of which enhance the performance of the blood.
