For some days now this has been given me concerned and I will like people to put me through about the issues.
Last week a friend of mine called me that he wanted to pack out from the formal house where he rented to another new apartment.
But to my surprised some of the houses that we are seeing is Two bedroom flat at the rate of #180,000,#250,000 with the caretaker fee and they said that we can get that of 3bedroom flat at the rate of #150,000 with the caretaker fee.
I was thinking may be the quality of the material the use to build those 2bedroom is more of quality than that of 3bedroom ? .
But yet I saw them with the quality of material they use for the two are almost the same.
This is the reason why I ask this question. Can we say that the environment can cause this?
