This type of insurance policy is best to be bought especially by the the factory owners to protect the workers working for him. However, I want to ask a question, and what will happen to any worker that is under this policy but sustain injury may be outside the working place.

Yeah I like the fact that the workers would get a certain percentage as compensation when injured in the workplace , because most workers finds it very hard to treat themselves since the company don't want to show support for their injury or health damage , although the law is applicable in some countries not all

When workers are injured or get ill on their workplace, then a Worker's compensation insurance covers the cost of medical bills and lost wages, it also provides benefits for temporary or permanent disabilities. Since it is required by the law, many countries have made Worker's compensation available to all their employees. But of course, when it comes to filing a claim for a workers compensation benefits, every country has different law that deal with the rights of their employees.
