Many people start a blog about some particular topic or a niche. When it comes to starting a blog, your niche might matter a lot. This is why many people always emphasise on the importance of niches. However, selecting the right kind of niche could be a really tricky aspect of blogging. There are so many topics out there and there are many controversial topics out there as well. I think some of the controversial topics could be politics and other controversial mysteries. if you tend to express your own opinion in your blogs without any evidence, then you could be criticised and you could lose followers.

This is why it is far much better to avoid controversial topics. However, some people would still prefer to start a controversial topic because they would like to attract people to their blog .It is very important to remember that controversial blogs can also attract more traffic people are always curious to know more about certain aspects of such kind of controversial topics. You can lose viewers but you can also gain followers. So what are your perspective about starting a blog about controversial topics? Why not? I guess you would need to be aware of the controversy and also expect to get a lot of discussions going, possibly negative feedback or even hate speech, depending on your target audience and subject. But if the matter is important to you and you’re prepared to deal with many different view points. Also, you’d have to be careful not to just give your opinion, but a) also be open for others and b) do your research and underlay it with studies and such.
