Most of vehicules are connected to your mobile phone application so what is expected in case of stole there is GPS parameter that is connected to house of sell add to police database just by a couple of clicks you send notification and then police will arrest stolers by GPS parameter, after that if car is even decomposed and resold police should arrest them during performing such operation so technology is to rescue any stole or thief and insurance company for a refund if car is decomposed and resold many pieces as many are doing to prevent they are tracked when reselling.
