Your make up is a reflection of your intake. Good and proper dieting makes a healthy living.

Eating healthy foods can keep sicknesses away.

Take alot of fruits such as oranges, pineapples, banana, pawpaw as much as you can. While it is good to eat shawarma, burger, cakes, ice cream etc, it's best to also take out time to feed on natural foods which are very organic and good for your body.

There's a saying that goes like this" be careful of what you eat, let your food be your medicine else you might be forced to eat medicine as food". Healthy eating lifestyle should be taught in schools to young children since its importance cannot be overemphasized. Alot of young people are addicted to excessive consumption of carbohydrates without being aware if the medical implications in middle age such as type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Yes this is what I was told when I was researching something on the internet related to this ,but that is just the truth. Taking of fruits can actually help to freshen our body because foods contains natural antioxidants that help the body perfectly. However some fruit may not be suitable for people with certain condition.
