There is also safety from deadly disease like stroke and heart attack.

Research has shown that the inclusion of fish in the diet regularly can reduce the risk of heart attack. Fish also contain high amounts of protein due to which your level of metabolism increases. If you want a lot of protein in your diet then there is no good diet than fish. Fish keeps healthy your body and also strengthens your muscles. The omega-3 acid contained in it takes care of your heart.

Sometimes I marvel at the different nutrients that God bestow on the natural things we eat and this made me love nature the more. Look at the different nutrients we can derive from just eating fish. I like that it can help the brain thinks faster I really love this. Will. Continue to eat my fish
