If you spend $10 per day for 30 days, you will be sending $300 on ads. If your channel is already monetized, you need to make at least $300 from your videos (just to recover your advertising budget), if your idea behind advertising is to run ads to generate enough watch time and enough subscribers so that you can reach monetization threshold, you need to make sure that you have 1000 subscribers and 4000 hours watch time after running your ad campaign. For a lot of people, especially in Asia and Africa, $300 is already a lot of money, so if the return on this investment is not guaranteed, it will be a great loss. Just because you have advertised does not mean you will start earning, get subscribers or build watch time. Users are notorious for skipping ads, they don't usually continue watching the ad unless the content is interesting and useful.
