When it comes to customer goals, problem solving for the customer is one aspect. Another aspect that when combined with problem solving can help any business to win more and more customers is emotional connection. And it is expressed in the following ways:

1) Building trust with your customers. That can be achieved when a business openly communicates with customers and shows transparency in it's dealings with them.

2) Make customers to feel confident that they bought the right products or services when they patronize you. That can be achieved through clear description of products, alongside tutorials on how to use. Also, offer an excellent customer service to ensure that challenges are easily solved.

3) Create a general positive experience whenever the customer buys your products or services. Staff should be courteous with customers while loyalty programs can also be used to great effect.
