1. There is a lot of people, who suffer from digestive problems due to overeating which weakens the immune system and digestion. But, if they drink warm water before and after a meal, it breaks down the food into smaller pieces. This makes the digestion process easier. Warm water has no calories.

At the same time, it is also wrong to drink warm water immediately after taking your food. You have to wait at least for five or ten minutes, and then only drink the water. If you drink the water immediately after finishing your food, it is likely to decrease your digestive power and increase your weight.

2. In today’s life, nasal congestion, and throat problems are caused by excessive pollution. So, if you drink warm water with honey mixed in it, at night, it can help prevent itching and sore throat. There are people, who suffer from the problem of sore throat.

They can put a little amount of rock salt in warm water and gargle. It helps to clear the mucus from the respiratory system. In addition, if you drink warm water with lemon juice, it will get rid of your nasal congestion. Lemon contains vitamin C which also acts against viruses.

Drinking of warm water in daily routine will help the body to split down fat deposits,relax to muscles, and increasing in blood flowing.
If you drinking warm water then this water can stimulate the digestive track and improvement in your digestion process.

Warm water can decrease the danger of constipation by supporting of regular bowels movements.
With the help of a warm water you can stay hydrated.

I like drinking water a lot and it has helped me in many ways. Water is the last thing I drink before I go to bed in the night and the first thing in the following morning.

Drinking a lot of water in a day has a lot of health benefits. This is the reason why people are recommended to drink at least five joules of water everyday.

Drinking water regularly helps to get rid of toxic substance in the body system. If you drink a lot of water you are going to have less cases of malaria. the reason is that the water will get rid of malaria parasite in your blood system if you drink it regularly.

I read it sometimes that it is good to drink water on empty stomach. It is said that water will help to cooling all the intestine in the body. Drinking a lot of water also improve the rate of digestion in human.

The major problem is that a lot of people don't have access to clean water especially in the developing countries. This is the reason why government should make clean water as part of their priority when next they are campaigning for the office.

There are absolutely and obviously numerous uncountable reasons why we must drink warm water . for easy metabolism breakdown and digestion in the body the drinking of warm water could help . To relieve anxiety disorder , an individual can just drink warm water in order to feel much better than before . For better hydration an individual can drink warm water rather than cold water , since cold water is capable of disturbing our rate of heartbeat but warm water would not , but rather it will hydrate us . Individuals who are not satisfied with the structure of their body and thinking that they are to fat , to plumb , and to robust , can drink hot water to burn down fat accumulated in the wrong areas , this is one of the old way of relieving weight loss issues but it is still effective .

Individuals also that are suffering from nasal issues like nose bleeding , running nose , sneezing , and coughing etc . Can you use warm water to survive the matter making it a little bit bearable before going to see a health physician or analyst . The squeezing of lemon juice into warm water is very effective in building the strongest of our immune systems .
