2 Ways to Build Relationship with Customers.

Ensure that the customer are cared for. When you receive complaints, and give solutions. Always follow up with the customer, whether the complaint has been resolved or not. Don't hesitate to say words like thank you. Make it a habit to stay in touch with customers. So that they will know that you are concerned about their welfare.

Customers will be very happy if they are given a bonus. You can also add a bonus to any promotion, for example by printing shirt with your company image or logo. This shirt will be used by customers and becomes a running ad as well. To save costs, you can print these products online.
