Thank you for the information and this is just how we can prevent and also manage cholesterol but we have to understand that cholesterol is something we really need to stop using... A lot of people consume food and snacks that are high in cholesterol which is the main thing we really need to avoid... Avoiding of food with higher cholesterol will not need all those things you mentioned.
 
I think it is very important to stay away from the things that cause buildup of cholesterol in the body system. One of those things is to eat dinner late. so you need to change your schedule and start eating dinner earlier. Stress is one of the things that cause cholesterol in the body system. So it is good to take a rest from the work you are doing to prevent building up of cholesterol.
 
We can reduce cholesterol by Avoiding foods with high calories like snacks e.g doughnuts, chin chin, pizza, and so on, and we should also try to always involve in like 30 minutes exercise daily to burn the fat in the body and also make us fit and also to reduce the cholesterol level
