Those are very good points you have given. Lower back pain is truly so common these days even among young people. Yet in the past, it only came with old age. It is very important that you visit a doctor first before applying any of these measures to heal back pain.

This is because you may apply one remedy that actually harms you more than healing the pain. For example, your back pain may be due to an injury and some form of exercise could cause further injury. Or you could be massaging an internal wound that actually requires another remedy to heal.
