All these things are something we supposed to know as a business inclined individual , because there are so many disadvantage of getting a loan to start up a business and in most cases you might even be at risk of losing your business and being in jail at the same time. If anything brought up and you are not able to pay back the loan you have collected , it will eventually end in something serious like being in prison or some other things related like that.

The point is that if someone is really interested to start up a business but there is no capital , then that person shouldn't even think of starting the business because if there is no capital obviously that means there is no adequate plans and preparation for the business. if there was adequate plans and preparation obviously a way of raising a capital concerning the business should have been made.

I always try as much as possible to learn from the experience of other people and I have seen so many people who regretted taking a loan to start up a business . This has always been my lesson and I always try to avoid it as much as possible.

Normally I believe it is not business owners that are always interested to start up a business with a loan , but they just believe it to be the only option most especially for those that are not able to raise the required capital needed to start up their business urgently as they needed and because of this they will result to establishing a business with a loan believing that they can make money and return back the loan they have collected.

Well , if it works out , they becomes happy because they will definitely enjoy the business and pay back their loan without stress but at the same time it will even be the most dangerous if this does not work out and also the business is not succeeding.

Not only that , the general stress of establishing a business with a loan is much. I always try as much as possible to avoid this because I value my peace of mind more than any other thing.
