Definitely, you are on point you know we humans like to multitask and sometimes we do this day in day out without adequate rest the way the body will let you know you are doing is through the body pains. So to naturally alleviate such pains you would need to take either adequate sleep or rest.

Sure, taking too much drugs is never a good thing this is why you need to go the natural way that comes with no consequences unlike drugs that can become harmful to the body of it is taken in excess. Taking rest is good to aid in easing the pains that one might be experiencing especially after a hard day job

Definitely water is like the body cleanser it flushes out toxins from the body and keep it sound and safe. So if you feel dehydrated then taking water can help and maybe relieve the pains that might have come from that. But some body pains come from overusing it and the best bet will be taking a good rest

True the body dislike stress and fatigue when once the body goes through this I think the way it want us to know that we need to shut down is by giving us bodily pains so any right thinking should pick the clue and rest. Even taking the recommended sleep hours goes a long way to help too
