1. Give your mind the suggestion that something good is going to happen today, five to ten times in the morning.

2. Always encourage the person in front by showing good things, talk less about yourself.

3. If you know a favourite song, keep singing it again and again.

4. Why isn't there always a small amount of good thoughts? Keep a book close to yourself. Take a look and meditate on it.

5. Mix with small children and be like them for some time.

6. Make sure that maximum amount of pure air enters the body.

7. Keep a photo of your smiling face in a nice outfit, so that it will always catch your eye.
