yes, you are absolutely right. Most of the people talk about weight lose and very few about gain. I though to write on weight gain. Internet is full of weight lose but may be my post/article will help someone who looks for weight gain.

What’s hereditary is not the weight loss but the minimal weight that you are thin or skinny. My mother was a skinny young woman and she only gained weight when she had 3 children. I was also a skinny lad that no matter how much I eat my weight remains at 100 pounds. A doctor even prescribed vitamin pills but there was no obvious effect on my weight. That is hereditary which is hard to beat.
