Since increasingly people are purchasing and selling property online, there are a large number of real estate websites. These websites provide information on property rates, taxes, stamp duty and other information. How accurate are these websites, are they updated regularly with the latest information, or should a person dealing with property rely on offline sources? Also is the stamp duty different for property purchased from builder and resale property in your country? Do property buyers have to pay higher property tax rate if they already own a property elsewhere?
