There are advantages and disadvantages of targeting international employees.

Advantages:

1. Targeting international employees can be a great way to expand your business into different countries and regions, which can help you grow your company in a very short time.

2. It is also possible to improve the quality of services that you offer by hiring people from different countries with different backgrounds and cultures. This will help you develop better products and services for your customers, which will ultimately lead to more revenue for your company.

3. You may be able to hire more competitively paid employees because they have been exposed to different cultures, languages, and cultures before they start working at your company. This means that they will be able to work more effectively than others who are not familiar with these things yet (although this might not always be true).

4. By hiring people from other countries where there are different social norms and customs, you can learn about how people live in those places as well as what their needs are (which can help you develop new products or services).

Disadvantages:

1. Hiring international employees is expensive because it requires additional training for them before they start working for your company.

2. It requires a lot more time and effort to train them as they are not familiar with local culture and customs. Also, if anything goes wrong with their visa or residency status, it will be difficult for them to return home immediately because they will need to get another visa first. Moreover, they may not be eligible for certain benefits like healthcare insurance coverage while working in the United States or other countries around the world where these benefits are offered by various companies like Google or Apple Corporation etc.
