It is common for people to continuously stick with a particular job and never think about how they can ever be adding value to themselves through other means
Thibgs like this usually make it impossible for people like that to ever be valuable to another field that is not related to what they are doing .
This then puts them in a disadvantage position whereby they can never be able to sustain themselves, should anything happen to the current job they're doing .
Especially if the experience they have is not relevant to other organizations .
As an individual working in a particular field, you need to try as much as possible to make sure that you are exploring opportunities that are available in all related sectors too.
These goes a long way in helping you to make sure that you have vast experience that would enable you to utilize opportunities that could present in the future .
When you continuously switch your job roles, it helps you to be someone that is relevant in every aspect , and not just stagnant in a particular field .
These are just my own personal perspective and I believe that you also have what you think , with regards to this topic.
