2. The cost of hiring a local employee is lower than that of hiring an international worker.

3. It will be easier to train and retain the local employees in your organization compared to international workers, because they have less work experience and cultural differences from the rest of the company's employees.

4. It will be easier to communicate with the local employees since they speak your own language, which makes it easy for you to understand them, especially when you are giving them instructions or giving feedback on how they did their job correctly or incorrectly; this makes communication easier between both parties involved in the relationship between company and employee.

5. You can communicate more easily with your customers through emailing them, texting them or calling them via Skype if they are located outside your country because you know their language better than any other foreigner who might be working at another company within your country (if there are any).

6. It is cheaper and less time-consuming to hire a local employee instead of an international one especially if it involves large amounts of money or time-consuming procedures.
