Bad habits that are destroying our health

Some times we form a habit that at a time we might be enjoying but you might not know you are destroying the body and your health. They are little things that we might count them as nothing but they do the most to our system.

These bad habits include:

EatIng More of processed food; this is bad for the body when done daily or all the time. With this you are attracting diabetes, cancer and other bad diseased to our shelves.

Taking less sleep and working more ; Denying the body the needed sleep age the body very fast.

Taking more drinks than water: This is another bad habit you need to stop. Water nourishes the body than drinks

Smoking harmful substances; This is one habit that a lot of people do and seems to enjoy but it bad to the body. The lungs are attacked even the heart isn't spared. One needs to desist from this

Process food are dangerous and that is what we all have to avoid because of the bad side effects that comes with, what I understand about process for that it does not have any nutritional value and as a result of this the only content it has in high quantity is salt, these are chemicals that are dangerous to the body and increase the risk of diabetes and stroke in humans.. smoking can leads to heart related disease and infection and some might even be difficult to treat because it can lead to complication and possibly it can also cause death to people who are not due to die.

Bad habits that destroy the health are eating food that is well cooked it's a bad habit and it's not good for the health.one of the bar habit is smoking and also drinking alcohol.it is common in adults and it's not good it destroy the the health.also one of the bad habit is not going for regular check up it's a bad habit too a

Your last line is the bottom of it all. the consequences are grave but it become worse with death so it is important that we eat good food that are nutritious and leave all the bad habits that are detrimental to the wellbeing of the body.

The point there you have made is that sometimes we don't even know that these are bad habits and hoe harmful they can be to the body. You know like taking alcohol a lot of people see it as enjoying it and that's it. But truthfully it might just be one killing self without knowing

yeah and these are things that we enjoy consuming a lot but are bad to our health. I think it is time everyone reassess their intake of anything and be sure it is what is healthy for the body. The body grows better this way than stuffing it with trash
