Of course the employer is superior to their employees. And he or she is endowed with the duty of recruiting and even terminating employees. In this particular thread, we are basically going to consider some of the reasons or some of the basic causes of employees contract termination by an employer. But first, we must understand that, employee contract termination is a difficult decision that employers have to make from time to time. Employers should ensure that the termination is done in accordance with the law and that the employee is treated with dignity and respect during the process. Communication is also essential to avoid any misunderstandings and to ensure that the employee understands the reasons for their contract termination. Here are some of the basic causes for an employee's contract termination:

There should be proper communication and understanding between staff and employees even before the commencement of work after a contract. Most times, problems arise when one party feels like they are treated poorly, fail to communicate it properly and then it culminates.

A lot of employers also like using employees like they would use slave labor. If an employee works overtime, they deserve to be compensated. You can't also dictate how they use their free time, at work or outside it, or try to take away things that provide comfort for them in the workplace.

Employees should also realize that the employer is out to make profits, and should work to the best of their ability to assist in achieving that goal.

You have forgetten another reason is the company is no longer generating revenue as before and could not keep all employees even they are hardworking and performing tasks correctly so in some cases employer has to fire for example 20 % of the employees after making a draw between them because he could not suffer paying salaries next coming months to these employees and could not in such case continue handle or even says I will pay you next days half for your salaries then some employees stops working as this amount couldn't let him expense on his family and find a work outside.
