Although 5G is not new in some developed countries for others it's still a new concept in the early stage of adoption as they switch from the pre-existing 4G networks in a move to achieve a full digitalized economy. The next generation of internet connectivity 5G will usher in the fourth industrial revolution because of its speeds, capacity, and the potential to be an usher in the world into a completely new technology space such as the Internet of things (IoT), autonomous driverless vehicles, blockchain and Metaverse and a whole lot. It is estimated that by 2035, 5G “will enable $12.3 trillion of global economic output and support 22 million jobs worldwide.” Three major advantages 5G poses to bring include;
