Be Careful while trying to Lose Weight

If you are on a diet or want to lose weight, you may spend more time on an empty stomach than a full one. If so, be very careful with certain actions you take because they can have serious consequences.

It will affect both your health as well as your lifestyle. In the first area of your health, the problem with not having put anything in your mouth in the last few hours is that there is no food inside your stomach.

So the first thing that comes in will end up directly contacting your stomach lining. This can be irritated if it is something highly spiced, for example. As for your life in general, being hungry affects your state of mind as well.
 
That's true because some people can go to any length just to get a weight lost we trying to lose weight doesn't mean you shouldn't eat but you should eat food that is low in calories and that won't stop you from losing weight as long as we are eating healthy food and doing exercises
 
That is why doctors are always there to advise people that are interested to lose their weight, losing of weight does not really mean that you do not have to eat anything but you have to select some of the things you eat and also try to avoid some food that contains higher percentage of fat... Doctors may even advise you to eat a lot of vegetables and also engage in some exercise because this will really help, going a whole day without eating for the main purpose of losing weight is not even what the doctor will advise, it can be dangerous just as the writer has said.
