Do you speak another language? Anywhere you find expat communities and where English is not the first language. You will find a need interpreting and translation service. You can also do translation and interpretation online.

Apparently, anyone can make money from this, being a translator. But you will need to be able to speak several relevant language of the world. E.g Being able to speak English and Spanish, or being able to speak both French and Spanish etc ...With these, people can become a translator. They would be paid just for translating one language to the other or being hired to translate and get paid.
