I know telling someone to buy an expensive thing right now during these hard economic times may sound so ironical. But there is some benefit to it.

One is that the product you buy will last long. Let's use the example of buying an expensive shoe that is of great quality. That shoe will last so long as compared to a cheap one that has already been used. That will tear after a short time and you will be back to the market.

The second benefit is that you avoid going to the market often, so you don't spend money unnecessarily. When you know that what you want to buy is a bit expensive, you will take time planning for it and you will even have to save. That improves your spending discipline.

Thirdly, high quality goods are just good for you. If it is clothes and shoes, you will look good in them and they never go bad easily. If it is food, you find that they are healthy and don't have any additives that could ruin your health.

The adage that cheap is expensive is so true. Cheap goods and services come with a very low quality that does not fit your standard. So always go for something that is great for you.

I'm one person that used to buy things according to it's quality abs not the price. Though the high price sometimes means that the products and items are of high quality but one need to check to be sure that it is really durable items that one is buying

I think that it is very good that one goes for quality when making purchase but that should also be done while giving consideration to the price.

You cannot just be buying qualitative commodities because one thing you can be sure of is the fact that anything that is qualitative will always have a higher price tag.

So if you are not financially strong, then you cannot always go for the most qualitative stuff. So I think that the watchword should be getting the one with good quality and also an affordable price.

It depends on many things as well but still quality matters lest you buy something and eventually you do not use it for long due to lack of quality
