Eggs contains vital nutrient like vitamin A, folate, vitamin B5, phosphorus, vitamin B12, vitamin 2 and selenium and they also contain vitamin k, E, D, vitamin BB6 , zinc and calcium. They are which in cholesterol but they do not have the cholesterol in the blood and they also contain Caroline which is a very important nutrient that people are in need of because it is used to build cell membranes
Eggs helps in reducing of having certain diseases like heart disease
It contains zeaxanthin and lutein which is very good for our eye
Eggs contains protein which helps in weight loss, lower blood pressure, increase our muscle mass and also helps to optimize bone health
It also reduces the risk of developing stroke

Egg is good for our health but too much of it can endanger the health most especially the boiled egg as the yoke in it doesn't digest easily

Egg is a good source of protein which is good for the body because when you eat protein it prevent you from having kwashiorkor.egg is also rich in vitamin so eat egg for it to give the body essential vitamins.also eat egg because it gives the body nutrients and it's also healthy for the body.
