Getting a good amount of sleep is a great for living a healthy life. If you are not getting enough sleep the side effects are always devastating as you are just hampering your brain and your heart. When you don't normally sleep it will be hard for the brain to process some things and the heart may not be healthy.

I remember a time I slept only for 3 hours in 24 hours and everything I was doing that very day was like in another world. sleep is very important for anyone who wants to be productive on his daily work and it also promotes good health. Sleep enhances productivity and good health.

When I was in grade school our teachers would emphasize the importance of 8 hours sleep for the children. When I became an adult it is now 7 to 8 hours and for a senior it is all right to have just 6 hours of sleep as long as you take a nap in the daytime. Good health depends on the rest and sleep which is complemented by the exercise and physical activities.

Good sleep is very healthy to the body this is why yhe recommended time is of utmost importance. The body function properly when it is well fed and sleep is a well deserved food to the body. Yeah it will. Be wise to not just have a long night rest taking intermittent naps too does help

Getting 8 hours sleep makes us healthy and less stressed and also prevent from having minor health problems like headaches it is good to always get enough sleep daily to prevent implications to the health at least 6 - 8 hours sleep everyday so as to have more energy the next day

The body always need a refreshing and rested body to be able to function properly the next day. So the best way is to give it the needed time it needs to be refresher. This don't need money to achieve just get the recommended hours of sleep and you are okay. The body I'll be energized

So get sleep for straight 8 hours first of all make you fresh and charm...
The second you guys will surely do best for your immune system by sleeping for 8 hours...
The third us teen agers are really in need.... :) And even have a sleep for 12 or more than that.... Hehe lol!.

Thank you for sharing, sleeping for 8 hours is really beneficial based on certain research I have done on the internet and also at the same time sleeping more than 8 hours every day is really dangerous for the body and it is not advisable because you'll be oversleeping when it is more than 8 hours, when having a healthy sleep people should not neglect to engage in exercise because this is equally very important for the body, with this two things at the right proportion it is possible that we will enjoy a healthy lifestyle and live happily without having so many health problems.
