It's Good to sleep so as to prevent the rate of having headache.you have headache such that when you don't sleep your brain won't be able to rest and when you think it can cause headache Which will damage the brain.so always try sleeping for a healthy life also when you don't sleep your body temperature get high and you tend to have red eye
 
Sleeping is good for the health it will make you to be very active and strong by making you more energetic as well
