it is always good to blow the whistle to your employer if you notice some unethical behavior that might destroy the workplace. The truth is that turning a blind eye since it isn't your business might also affect you in the long run

if you noticed that a staff is siphoning money from the coffers of the business, it might just be the right time to blow the whistle on unethical act.

If you're blowing the whistle on a deadly misconduct in the workplace you should consider making the disclosure to your employer as this is the right person that will be swift with the right actions

Doing the disclosure to the employer or owner of the company will help to halt such concerns at the early stage and it might even save the company from collapsing if it is that bad.

To make the disclosure you can first check your employment contract to see if your company has a process you can follow to mae the disclosure.
