To build a good customer relationship you must have good communication with your customers. Try and understand what they are saying, ask them questions if they are satisfied with your services. You can build customer relationship by being honest and truthful in your dealings with them. It is not easy to build a customer relationship but it can be done if you know the basic. The smile is very important when you meet the customer in person. A customer coming to the place of business is treated as a guest - offer coffee or any other drinks that you have, show your office or simply chat while having some snacks. That will be the start of a relationship that you have to nurture by dropping by to the office of the client once in a while just to say hello or to bring a token.

It's very important to hold unto your customer with integrity, the nature in which you welcome your customer really matters a lot, you can even serve your customer with refreshment and keep him/her on the go with a gist, the attitude towards your customer will determine weather that SME person will still turn Hus back tomorrow.

This is so true. It is beneficial for us to ahge a good rapport with our customers so that they will be relaxed and comfortable around us. It can also move them to keep coming back whenever they needed your products or services again.
One way to maintain a good relationship with our customers is how we relate, interact and converse with them. When we show them respect and make them understand that they are valuable people to us, it can make them happy and the connection will be there. However, it is advisable that you don't go pass the business matters when dealing with them. We don't want to be overly casual with them.
