Bulk delivery is cheaper

With the popularity of the delivery system some businesses are starting to have their own delivery vehicles particularly those who sell food items. It is not an ordinary delivery that orders are collected and delivery is scheduled on the next day. That means the delivery trip is just once as much as possible especially if the customers are situated in the same area or town.

This kind of delivery system is common in the hardware stores in our town. When we buy sand or cement our order will be delivered on the next day. But if we want instant delivery then we would be charged a delivery fee. Almost always we place the order in advance so that we can avail of the free delivery. The truck would arrive on the promised day with a lot of items like gravel, sand, cement, steel bars, lumber and other hardware items. But our order is only sand so they rush to unload and they proceed to the next customer within our village.

There is a popular noodle company you hear that delivers each product on bulk delivery do a lot of stuff and homes. I think this is done because it is cheaper and also more convenient for them. The beautiful thing about it is is that the stores also prefer for the goods and products to be delivered in bulk because it also saves cost for them.

It is cheaper to do bulk delivery. But the only problem associated with this method is that at times, customers may not reside in the same area or even order for goods at the same time. But if these problems are solved, the rest will be conviniency. The managers can have the list of customers that stay in the same area and do order almost the same time.

Yes, delivery by bulk also gives the customer some discount on the price of goods. This is the style of the Chinese merchants - they earn more by the volume which is cheaper in cost. However, some retailers couldn't buy in bulk because they have no capital. Most of them are buying only for a week because that is what they can afford.

Yes,bulk delivery is very cheaper compare to buy little or small product from the seller.
In fact the more you buy the lesser the delivery money will be.
Mostly; many company use to like helping their buyer who buy in bulk to deliver their goods with small amount than helping the retailers some times.

Yes, bulk delivery is cheap, but you end up spending more than what you actually require. let say, you want to buy a bottle of shampoo, but since the store is giving you one free when you buy three bottles, you end up buying three bottles just because you are getting one bottle free. let say each bottle cost $5, you spent $15 which is $10 more than what you were required to spend

If you are the customer the bulk delivery also works. In your example as the shampoo you can stock the shampoo because it is not perishable goods. Unless you do not have cash to pay then stocking on household items is not an option. Some neighbors here do the ordering for delivery at the same time like 3 of them would order food so the delivery will cost for 1 and the 3 would share in the delivery charge.
